Who Is Responsible For The Identity Theft?

There are so many people have their own credit card, for me theresponsible for the identity theft is the consumer because, first of all you should be able to protect yours, and don't get easily tempt to entertain someone else because if you will trust them they would victim you. and be responsible and always be smart , and the consumer or the holder should be able to change their attitudes or their behavior so that they will not waste time to blame the company and then they should avoid any cost of problem. I suggest that an appropriate punishment for identity thieves is 4-5 years imprisonment so that they will able to suffer in the jail . to my personal advise a credit card holder that they will not give an any information to someone else.. :]
